HUMBIRDHQ’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Welcome to HUMBIRDHQ Inc. This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice“) describes the privacy practices of HUMBIRDHQ Inc. (collectively, "HUMBIRDHQ", "HUMBIRD", “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.humbird.ai, https://www.humbirdhq.com and HUMBIRDHQ web and mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
- Service means the https://www.humbird.ai, https://www.humbirdhq.com websites and HUMBIRDHQ web and mobile applications operated by HUMBIRDHQ
- Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

For Gmail users, Humbird needs permissions to some restricted scopes and the usage of each are explained below,
- gmail.readonly scope:
This permission will be used to read the email received and we use to show them in our product mailbox, take action if any in an ongoing engagements(sequence/journey).
- gmail.send scope:
This permission will be used to send emails to the prospects from our product which could be one to one or engagements(sequence/journey).
NOTE : All the data collected through the Google OAuth restricted scopes will not be shared to any third parties or will not be used to personalize advertisements.
- Usage Data
We will also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
- Location Data
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time by way of your device settings.

RETENTION OF DATA
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a period of 30 days, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We use third-party payment processors (“Payment Processors”) for any payments while using our Service. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment service providers in addition to HUMBIRDHQ’s Terms which you have agreed to comply with. You acknowledge that neither HUMBIRDHQ nor any of its directors, shareholders, employees or other representatives shall be liable to You under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from or arise out of Your use of Payment Processors, Your payment through the payment gateway or Your ability or inability to complete the payment.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:
